![A Few Things You Should Know About Coffee
When it comes to coffee, you’ll be hard pressed to find another topic with as much trivia surrounding its history. For example, did you know:
- Coffee is the second most traded commodity on earth?- All the coffee in the world grows in the Bean Belt? - Espresso is a coffee preparation method, not a bean, roast or blend?
We could list off dozens of trivia facts but we think Matthew Inman of The Oatmeal does trivia best with his hilarious infographics.
While we love this infographic, it is a little bit old school. At our three Coffee Houses we don’t put whipped cream on our mochas, and our cappuccinos have all three parts - microfoam, milk and espresso - incorporated together (not layered).
