When we invite people to Salt Spring Coffee HQ for a 10 a.m. cupping, sometime we’re met with puzzled looks. Comparable to a wine tasting, a coffee cupping is an industry practice that helps fans of coffee cultivation to truly understand the intricacies of creating a special brew.
