We regularly talk about our origin trips to the different co-ops and farms that we work with, as well as our search for new coffee to share. The journey from harvest to cupping is a long, but exciting one - and we want to share it with you. Our latest education series is an exploration into this process.

Each growing area has a distinct terroir; that is, the characteristics in green coffee beans local geography and climate instil within it. Many of our farmers take great care to develop their soil - almost as much care as they put into the coffee itself.
