This month, we’re talking about our Sumatra High Density, Aceh Gayo. In the past, Sumatran coffees have not been sold by region due to the belief that the regional differences did not create any taste differences. This information, however, is far from the truth. With dark chocolate, cinnamon and syrupy flavours, this Sumatran is the latest addition to our Culinary Single Origin line, and a full bodied coffee that’s fast becoming a favourite with Salt Spring Coffee staff.
