Sip & Savour Salt Spring 

Salt Spring Island is known as the organic capital of Canada. Fifteen years ago, when we began our mission to deliver freshly sourced, organic coffee, we knew that we would be growing within a community that held a very similar commitment and values. 

This past weekend, we were very happy to be part of the first annual Sip & Savour Salt Spring Island festival. A celebration of local food and wine, Sip & Savour brings together the very best local food producers, growers and wineries from Salt Spring Island. The weekend included the Friday Gala and Saturday Grazing events, where attendees were treated to Salt Spring Coffee. Our single origin Byron’s Maracaturra was a hit being served at each event and Salt Springer Renee captured some great photos from the weekend.
